Credit Card Payments
We do not gather, store or process any credit card information, we use a 3rd party financial services gateway, PayPal. Paypal is SSL encrypted and accepts most major credit cards. Customers do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. We at Crystal Poppy cannot at any stage of the payment process view customers credit card details. We do accept offline payments if you prefer. Please contact us on 0161 764 5560 for phone payment or you can pay by cheque made payable to Crystal Poppy.

Postage and Packaging

 
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of you placing them. Any items which are not in stock will be back ordered, however customers will be refunded in full if they do not wish to wait for back order deliveries.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order a full refund will be given.

At Crystal Poppy we are commited to helping the enviroment so we will re-use packaging where possible.

Returns Policy

 
We at Crystal Poppy want our customers to have a happy shopping experience and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases. We are aware that there will be occasions when customers will want to return goods and we offer no quibble money back gurantee on products if they are returned within 7 days in their original packing. In the unlikely event of faulty goods we will offer a replacement.
We offer a full refund or replacement on all goods if they are returned within 7 days of receipt. If you do decide you want to return your purchase please contact us to advise us of this within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Please contact us for delivery instructions before returning items. Failure to do so may result in us refusing the refund or replacement.

Refunds do not include postage. All products must be returned complete and undamaged.

Please note : CD's, DVD's which have had the cellophane removed are not liable for a refund.
Pierced earrings are also exempt according to UK Consumer Law.
